Why I can withdraw only "Available for withdrawal" funds and can't withdraw all my money from my account?

Some of your sales or your referral's sales have "hold" status. Hold - is the period to check the sales. After this check the funds will be available to withdraw .

Hold is set for some transactions , to protect the system against fraud (fraud) and to monitor the sale returns(refunds). For credit card sales hold period is - 45 days. For SMS, telephone and reseller's sales Hold is - 10 days.

Therefore, you can see the difference between your current balance and funds available for withdrawal .

After verifying, the sale gets status Active . It means that the funds are available for withdrawal.
